Aspire Servicing Center, the loan servicing area for Aspire Resources Inc., is looking for a mail support outbound operator to operate high-speed printers as well as a high-speed inserter. The operator will be responsible for printing various reports and files. Critical to these tasks is the reconciling and quality assurance of outbound mail, ensuring it is printed and inserted in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will:
- Access print files using printer software program and direct print files to two high-speed printers.
- Fill printers with paper and troubleshoot paper jams.
- Set up print jobs, operate and troubleshoot high-speed inserter. Problem-solve to resolve machine stoppages, ensure damaged print output is reprinted if necessary and reconcile print job setup totals.
- Operate postage meter to ensure that outbound mail has correct postage and that postage expenses are allocated to the correct corporate departments.
- Work cooperatively with corporate management to ensure all special print job files are printed and mailed in a timely manner.
- Order and maintain an acceptable level of supplies for use in the mailroom or for distribution throughout the corporation, including copier and printer paper.
- Maintain the mailroom in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Deliver supplies (e.g., copier paper and envelopes) to corporate departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in operating high-speed inserter and printer preferred.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Physical Activities/Working Conditions
The position requires the employee to:
- Sit frequently.
- Stand, walk, bend and lift full-time.
- Have the ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Be able to stand 70–80% of the workday.
- Be subject to high-pitched continuous noise.
- Work overtime if required.
